Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a decent short-term stay. the room was clean, comfortable, and had a great location near public transportation and dining options. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests.

The room was on the smaller side and lacked a window, which made it feel a bit cramped and stuffy. the communication with staff was also a bit difficult, as their language skills were limited.

Ideal location, Halim Perdanakusuma airport was 9 miles away. An easy walk to bakmi gang mangga, where you can have lunch:)))

The restaurant Garuda Padang is within walking distance, and it's conveniently close to the airport, which we were pleased about – what a great choice!

The rooms were soundproofed, so I didn't have to worry about any noise disturbances. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I loved the fact that they offered room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping services.
